Shipping policy
Subject to availability we aim to ship your order the next working day.
Handmade items will take a minimum of 7 days before they are shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If you do not receive one, please get in touch.
Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Stitch is not liable for delays beyond our control.
Click & Collect
We offer click and collect at the following locations:
Tarporley
Location: Stitch, 46B High Street, Tarporley, CW6 0DX
Timeframe: within 4 hours when during opening hours or by 10am the next working day
Shipping within the UK and Channel Islands
We ship all orders the following working day.
If orders are placed at the following times they will be posted on Monday or the next working day:

We use Royal Mail or select other couriers for all UK and Channel Islands orders.
We’ll send you an email once we have packaged your order so please make sure your email address is 100% correct.
Standard postage costs £4 and usually takes 2-3 days for delivery or you could opt for Royal Mail 24 Tracked for £8 which is usually next day.
You can receive free standard delivery if you spend over £50.
Shipping Outside UK
International shipping is available to Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All items are tracked.
Expected delivery times and prices
Europe: 3-5 working days, £12
Rest of the world including USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia: £15.95
Customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties. We suggest that you check with your Government with regards to any fees that you may incur.
Returns
All returns are at the customer’s expense. Stitch can not be held responsible if items do not reach us so we encourage all customers wishing to return or exchange an item to send by recorded delivery.
We can’t accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders or digital downloads.
We offer a generous 30 days for a Refund or Exchange. If you would like to exchange it must be for the same item in a different colour or size. Please read the below info for exchanges. If you would like a different product please send your item back for a refund and then re-order.
For Exchanges please pop a note inside the parcel with:
Your name, The product name, size and colour you would like to us to send you. If we have the item in stock we will send the new item out to you. If we don't have it in stock we will refund you and you can re-order when it is back in stock.
You get 30 days from the date you receive the item for a full refund or exchange. We have to treat every customer fairly, this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception. We must stick to the returns policy. We will not refund or exchange outside of this period, without exception.
Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you received them, if they come back looking worn (eg. screwed up in a ball) we will assume they have been worn and won't be able to process a refund or credit note.
